Works: Development of 138 no flats and 4 no houses and maisonettes for a mixed tenure of general needs and shared ownership over retail space on the ground floor.

The building is a nine storey concrete frame structure clad in traditional masonry brickwork and render with areas of timber cladding and glazed panels.

Services: Project Management of scheme from inspection, planning application, permission and procurement of the main contractor, contract administration to Practical Completion and occupancy.

Planning Supervisor services, managing project Health & Safety. Quantity Surveying and Cost Management from inspection to completion. Clerk of Works, Management of Quality Control through to final certification.
