Contract: Bespoke Management Contract.
Client: London and Quadrant Housing Trust.
Works: Development of 16 no flats and maisonettes for a mixed tenure of housing for rent with shared ownership and for outright sale over six floors.
Works comprised the demolition of the existing commercial building and the construction of the maximised planning permission formed by concrete frame to first floor podium deck and timber frame above, with lightweight cladding systems, composite windows.
Services: Project Management of scheme including the planning application, permission and procurement of the sub contractors, within a bespoke management contract, site management of all trades, design and contract administration to Practical Completion and occupancy.
CDM-Coordinator, managing project Health and Safety. Quantity Surveying and Cost Management from inspection to completion. Clerk of Works, Management of Quality Control through to final certification.
